Boeing Shanghai has customized a high-quality trainee training program according to the requirements of CAAC, the company's quality system and employee competency module, in order to help them take the first step in their careers.

Our training include technical training and general skills / leadership training. The general skills courses conducted by Human Resources department make the trainees understand the company, self development and moral compliance. Meanwhile, Technical Training department designs a series of systematic sessions for trainees’ "basic post skills development". 

After getting trained and passing exams, trainees can become mechanics or Engineers in the department of Heavy Maintenance, Line Maintenance, Back shop, Planning, Engineering, Quality and other related supporting functions.

Boeing Shanghai campus recruitments are held in relevant universities and colleges nationwide every March and September.
