Job Description:
- Prepare and review proposals and contracts
- Represent company in negotiating contract terms with customers by balancing company interests and customer needs and addressing risks
- Maintain and update company sales contracts templates and signed contracts database
- Provide day-to-day support to other BUs in the company post contract signing
- Deal with customer warranty claims
- Provide ethics training to new staff
- Renew and manage a number of different company insurance policies and deal with insurance claims
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor or above
Preferred Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong English Skill as working language
- Careful and diligent character
- Good team player
- Outstanding analytical, negotiation and drafting skills
- Ability to complete work under pressure and short-time deadline
- Legal education background
- Minimum 2 years working
