Job Description
- Perform Daily Surveillance activities on maintenance activities according to CCAR-145, FAR 145, EASA145 and other regulatory requirements, airworthiness data, company policy and working procedures.
- Communicate the daily findings to the Quality Manager and the responsible staff on a daily bases. Ensure the corrective action is taken in time.
- Sample audit maintenance record, Ensure the technical data and maintenance records are signed correctly and compliance with the requirements of regulations, company and customer.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action and preventive action to promote the safety and quality.
- Observing all company, health, safety and environmental rules, use the proper equipment provided to carry out the entire job in a safe manner.
Preferred Education
- College or above in the aviation-related field.
Professional Skill and Knowledge
- Least 5 years aviation maintenance experience, including at least 2 years quality experience.
- Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License and Boeing aircraft type II training.
- Proficiently use the aircraft maintenance manual, technical data and airworthiness documents. Ability of identifying defects, maintenance error and unsafe acts.
- Ability of exercising the vote on poor quality work.
- Competent in spoken and written English language.
