Trainee Training Program

Boeing Shanghai has customized a high-quality trainee training program according to the requirements of CAAC, the company's quality system and employee competency module. We offer the training for 2 kinds of trainees: Operation Function Trainees and Supporting Function Trainees.
 

After the training and exams, Operation Function Trainees can become Mechanics or Engineers in the department of Heavy Maintenance, Line Maintenance, Back shop, Planning, Engineering and Quality.

Supporting Function Trainees can develop as a Functional Specialist in the departments of VCEO, HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Business Management and sales.
