In Dec 2011, 47 Engineers and Managers from each department of Boeing Shanghai participated in two-day leadership training. The purpose of the courses is to improve staff’s communication and leadership skills.
The class instructors, Rebecca Zhou, HR Director, and Jessica Yan, Training Development Manager carefully selected two modules "leadership essentials" and "effective communication" as the key for this training based on analysis of training needs. During the courses, various tools such as audio and visual information, case study, simulation, brainstorming and questionnaires were used to make the participants practice the skills they have learned.
Enhancing staff’s communication and leadership skills help our staff grow to ensure further company development. All the participants commented that the training was valuable and exceeded their expectations. Our goal is to build an open and friendly environment where all employees like to work.
