A key initiative was launched in December to promote Boeing Shanghai company culture. Due to Boeing Shanghai rapid growth and diverse workforce the purpose of this initiative is to ensure Boeing Shanghai’s vision and internal communication procedures are fully understood and appreciated.
In the following 2 months, the management team will have face-to-face discussions with all the staff to foster company culture and open communication.
Having a clear vision and a communication plan between management and staff is necessary to ensure all employees are in sync with company policies and procedures. This initiative is also intended to provide all employees multiple channels to express their opinions or suggestions in a collaborated way.
