Job Description:
- Manage the aircraft transition services project according to contract terms and airplane delivery/re-delivery technical conditions.
- Manage the project to ensure the services schedule, budget, and quality targets could be achieved.
- Provide daily coordination with the lessees, lessors and home-base for the technical findings, reports and rectifications. Coordinate the conference call & etc as required.
- Review the airplane technical documents and records i.e. AD, SB, other records to ensure it comply with the contract terms. Provide reports and technical advisory.
- Perform airplane physical inspection as required and generate non-conformity reports on airplane physical condition and components.
- Manage and assign the team members to provide MRO oversight to ensure the modification and maintenance to be completed in the required timeframe.
- Coordinate the other activities i.e. airplane de-/registrations, Boroscope Inspection, kits, test flight, LOPA Change & etc as required.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Aerospace Engineering
Preferred Job Skills and Qualifications
- Possess knowledge of certain aircraft system, engine or structure.
- Minimum 10+ years proven experience in airlines or aircraft maintenance in delivery, redelivery, acceptance and transition management experience.
- Valid CAAC Civil Aircraft Maintenance personnel license or any equivalent Aircraft Maintenance personnel license which is considered suitable for the job. FAA A & P or EASA-66 License could have a preference.
- Must be proficient in English (written and verbal technical communication);
- Exhibit an outstanding customer service attitude. Be flexible to changing working schedules and requirement when needed.
- Strong project management skill and customer management sense.
